Synopsis: Paul has been privileged to have spent over 34 years as an attorney and lawyer. During that time he has appeared frequently as an advocate before the State and Federal Courts in Idaho. He frequently appeared as an advocate before the Idaho Industrial Commission. He has argued cases on several occasions before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has had a successful motion practice before the United States Supreme Court, although he has never had an opportunity to argue before the Court.
